During my first year at Fundrise, I focused on revitalizing our social media presence in collaboration with our skilled Social Media Manager. Over 12 months, we achieved remarkable growth with increased followers and engagement across all platforms. Our close partnership involved brainstorming content ideas and their development across channels.

Our social media channels played a crucial role in conveying important information to both our existing investors and a wider audience interested in economic conditions. Given the content-heavy nature of many posts, I creatively tackled the challenge of delivering engaging and informative content to keep viewers interested.

We frequently delve into in-depth analyses of particular market conditions to provide a comprehensive understanding of investment contexts. This educational content helped to set context for future investments and how current trends will impact those decisions.

Our “New Acquisition” posts were frequent and especially popular. This updated template allowed to show more detail than the previous, helping to build investor confidence in the investments we make.

We often would use the Polls feature in our Instagram Stories to create engaging content, but also to get a read on investor and viewer sentiment.
